Professional and Basic Requirements

• University degree, preferably in a technical field such as hydraulic mechanics, sanitary installations, or land improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation systems.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of pumps, valves, PVC/HDPE pipes, and pivots.
• Strong expertise in implementing, using, and monitoring irrigation systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pipe layout reading, and metal structure plan reading.
• Experience with mechanical and civil equipment projects (HDPE pipes, pump aggregates, lift systems, etc.).
• Category B driving license.
• Availability for fieldwork depending on the agricultural operations required during different periods of the year and crop cycle.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Ability to train and coordinate a practical team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organization and Planning: Organize and plan the farm's production activities.
• Daily Management: Manage all daily agricultural and technical activities.
• Specialized Work Planning: Collaborate with the supervisor to determine the execution of specialized agricultural tasks.
• Technological Planning: Plan the technologies and materials necessary for crop preparation, establishment, maintenance, and harvesting.
• Land Preparation: Coordinate land preparation for crop establishment, including fertilization, herbicide and pesticide treatments, plowing, etc.
• Crop Establishment: Supervise the establishment of field crops.
• Crop Maintenance: Carry out crop maintenance activities.
• Harvesting and Storage: Coordinate the harvesting and storage of crops.
• Resource Management: Supervise and be responsible for the use of material, financial, and human resources necessary for farm operations.
• Planning and Supply: Assist the supervisor in planning and supplying raw materials and other necessary materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology (Agrotehnic).
• Knowledge of farm management.
• Minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in agriculture, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural mechanics or a mechanical aptitude is an advantage.
• Experience in modern and efficient agriculture (machinery, insecticides, pesticides, modern sowing methods, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and Supervision: Lead and supervise the Financial-Accounting Department.
• Balance Sheet Closure: Responsible for ensuring timely closure of the balance sheet.
• Reconciliation and Account Closure: Oversee the process of account reconciliation and closure.
• Monthly Financial Reports: Prepare various monthly accounting reports in accordance with internal procedures.
• Operations Accounting: Organize and coordinate the accounting of operations related to capital, fixed assets, inventory, third parties, treasury, expenses, revenues, and results.
• Document Recording: Ensure the accurate and timely recording of any operation that affects the company's assets in the supporting documents.
• Accounting Records: Ensure the chronological and systematic recording of supporting documents in the accounting records.
• Verification and Corrections: Verify purchase and sales journals, bank and cash statements, and accounting ledgers, and make necessary corrections.
• Payments and Obligations: Ensure timely verification and payment of the company's obligations to the state budget.
• Team Coordination: Lead and supervise the activities of the direct subordinates.

Job Requirements:
