Commitment to Sustainable Agriculture:
In 2019, Agrozootechnica Pietroiu established the Pedology Laboratory in Borcea, Călărași County, to promote sustainable agriculture and positively impact the soil. This initiative connects us with both the present and the future.
Certification and Services:
In 2023, our laboratory received RENAR certification in accordance with the SR EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard. We support farmers in the region by conducting physico-chemical analyses to assess soil fertility, performing periodic analyses, and additional tests depending on the vegetation state, whenever necessary.
Purpose of the analyses: The results help us determine the appropriate fertilization measures and the optimal doses of fertilizers (DOE) for each crop.
Benefit: This allows for economically efficient harvests while contributing to the long-term sustainability of soil fertility.

- Chemical engineer: Specialized in physical-chemical analyses for soil, plant material, and irrigation water.
- Agricultural engineers: Experts in soil, plant material, and irrigation water analyses, and in creating fertilization plans for various crops.
